The flat was beautiful. Anita was so helpful and easily contactable. The flat was clean and decorated so nicely. The bed was comfortable. The area the flat is in is nice and I went for so many picturesque walks in the snow too. It was a very relaxing stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went over and above to support my needs and make my stay comfortable. I was really impressed with the service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay here again. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a good view and the food from the restaurant was delicious. There is also a fantastic shopping mall right beside the hotel and is connected by a corridor. There are a variety of restaurants beside the hotel too. It’s so easily accessible from the airport and Helsinki city center is a short taxi ride.
