Otherwise, everything is super! We liked it a lot!!

The location was perfect, not far from the main street at all, and it was a clean environment, the lobby and room. It wasn't guaranteed, but they did get me into my room early, which was a nice surprise.

The same shuttle was available throughout our stay to take us to and from town. The room had a fabulous view looking down on Catalina Harbor and a lovely terrace. The beds were comfortable and had high quality linens. The bathroom was very large and exceptionally nice with an enclosed shower stall separate from the bathtub.

Room was a perfect size for the family and the fireplace was a nice touch. The mall around the hotel does get a bit noisy in the AM around the coffee shop if you are around that side. Although where the hotel is located is 15 minutes walking distance from the city center/downtown but the shuttle driver was available within 5 minutes or calling.
