Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Great place to stay, very beautiful. A bit pricey. Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.

The staff were very friendly! Everything was clean, and looked nice! We Loved the balcony overlooking the creek. During the day we loved watching the ducks, and each night we could watch the fireworks from Dollywood from our balcony, or inside through our window!
