Very good location, close to Bruges and Gent (2 cities we visited). We liked that there was a sitting area outside, however some sort of fence would make a big difference - we were with 2 gods and had to keep them on the line.

There was a private entrance so we could come and go as we pleased. It was like home from home with fridge, kettle and coffee. Lovely comfy bed and lots of little extras. Our hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to go and best places to park etc. The breakfasts were varied and delicious.
