The staff members, especially Diana at reception, were welcoming and kind. The common rooms and the room were spotless. The breakfast was good, with warm options made to order. The king-size bed was firm, the pillows soft and the linens smooth and comfy. The room wasn't huge but the space was well-organized so it was easy to store stuff. The rooftop pool was small but refreshing and felt private.
