Great place in a beautiful setting. Clean and new. Didn't use the kitchen but it was modern and nice. Small bedrooms but no shared walls like in a hotel or apartment. We enjoyed it.

Great location on the royal mile. Close to Waverley station and walking distance to all main sites. Handy having a little kitchenette so we could make breakfast and a nice touch to get a free Nespresso each (bring your own krups Nespresso pods if that's what you have at home, otherwise it's sachets of Nescafé instant!). Nice bathroom with powerful shower and lovely sink area. Great to have a comfy chair but shame there was only one in a twin room.

Good, cheap, very central location. The pods are great: comfy and all to hand. Good staff. Breakfast is a chance to fill up for a cheap price. Plenty of nice food alternatives locally, tho likely double the price. Kitchen is useful.

Quirky decoration, great shower, comfy bed, unexpected extras (Prosecco on arrival, £10 bar tab). Welcome was very warm and enthusiastic. Property was lovely, the cabin rooms are small but we knew this, and it didn’t matter because it made it even cosier. Most of the staff were very friendly.

Very big room. Very good beds. Lavish shower. Well appointed room, comfy bed, clean. Exceptional storage spaces. Coffee machine with espresso pods. Big bathroom with a lavish shower. Large common room with toaster and microwave. With a beautiful window overlooking the green front-yard. Front-yard with benches was a plus. Walkable distance from the city centre. Bus stop a ,few steps away. This place is a gem. Most reviews didn't do justice I felt.
