The entrance was spacious and clean. Lovely restaurant and bar area with tables which made it easy to sit and eat whilst holding on to my dog by his lead. The room was beautifully laid out with a very comfy king-sized bed. The bathroom was clean and had all expected facilities. I really like the option to choose if you want to have the room cleaned on a daily basis, or be more environmentally conscious and wait until after your stay, which I did. I felt so comfortable bringing my dog here and would consider it again.

Such a great location, really easy to walk everywhere from here. Beds were super comfy, and the apartment was decorated nicely. All very clean. Coffee machine and pods were a great touch. Enjoyed some much needed relax time here, as much as going out to enjoy what the city has to offer.

Lovely hotel receptionist was great let us check in early. Friendly welcome too. Lovely big airy twin room with good air conditioning. Large walk in shower which was powerful and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was fantastic lots of choice of hot and cold items all very tasty. Service quick and friendly. Liked late check out too. Had a drink in the comfy bar, friendly helpful staff. John the concierge was so helpful as it was during a storm so he checked trains were running and got us a taxi. All staff were so helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Able to check in and out online which saves time. Had a delux twin room with sound proof window and air conditioning which was super. Beds comfy and room spotless. Was disappointed that no water was provided in room and no biscuits but no other complaints. Would definitely stay again as love this hotel and good value for money.

Great location near Central Station and everything in the middle of town. Nice views too. Rooms are compact, but modern and very clean, and had everything I needed to hand. Staff were really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Air conditioning was amazing - I hate hot rooms - so this was perfect for me. Bed was firm and very comfy. Room was incredibly quiet - I didn't hear a peep from any neighbours, traffic, or guests at the bar.

The most private hostel beds/pods I’ve stayed in, little shelf, multiple light settings and a blackout curtain. Comfy beds and clean linen.
