An enchanting place in a lot of green. Never have we seen so much cordiality, cleanliness, care and loving detail. Very romantic and peaceful. Found this house, when I had to find a place to stay for our engineers, who were installing air conditioning nearby. Extremely easy to get hold of directions to gain access to keys for the property. Engineers said it is in a fantastic location, and the facilities were excellent and very warm and comfy. Would definitely stay here again, when we have engineers working in the area, as we are based in Cheshire. Customer Service was exemplary! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

It was really good that we were supplied with some dishwasher tablets, washing machine pods and pots and pans to cook with etc. The bed was comfy, everything was incredibly clean and it was in a really good location, especially for two people who had never been to Oxford before.

Outstandingly well set-up glamping/bell tent, on a delightful little site with a laid-back vibe. We were very comfortable and really impressed with the thought and care that had gone into the tent. Sadly, only there for one rather wet night, but the rain stayed on the correct side of the canvas and we had a great time. We'll be back. More generally: looks like a good, well-drained site with level ground. Well-spaced pitches, nowhere too far from water, lots of electric hook-up points. Friendly donkeys.

This is an amazing little site. It’s so peaceful and well set out, every tent has its own private outdoor space to enjoy the views. Thoughtful provisions like blankets, hot water bottles, wood and charcoal make it extra special. Bed was so comfy, we slept in till 10am one morning! Showers are really clean and cooking area provides you with all you need. If Carlsberg made glamping sites…..!

The location, the setting, the facilities, everything had been really thoughtfully set out and Sarah was such an informative and helpful host. It was so much more than a glamping pod! There was everything you could need for a posh camping trip, the Frisbee golf kept us entertained for ages! The pub is a few mins walk down the hill and we'll worth a visit and we'd recommend Rectory Farm for their farm shop for supplies and their coffee in the morning!
