The protectiveness of staff at reception and breakfast buffet is top notch. I was queuing at reception, and the concierge who was vacant that time, approached me offering her assistance immediately. The staff at restaurant always around and alert trying to check customers eye contact asking for help. Their greetings were genuine. The room was super clean and comfy. The bathroom is just perfect cause it has a glass wall to separate between the toilet and the shower corner + it has a proper sink and warm/hot water.
