Dror is a wonderful person. I arrived late and instantly liked the place, ended up staying for a week. The bed in the dorm was very comfortable. The hangout areas, kitchen, and bathrooms were great and clean. The desert around is beautiful and it's a nice walk to anywhere in town and the crater. One unexpected surprise was all the new friends I made, thanks to the place being prone to people interacting with each other instead of with technology.

The campsite itself had a very cool, relaxed vibe. The facilities were all very clean and comfortable. The campsite had a small shop and bar. Breakfast was available but there was also a communal kitchen and BBQ area for self-catering. The bell tents were very spacious and very comfortable. Night time was a real experience, with the nocturnal animals - foxes, wolves, etc. - providing a memorable soundtrack!
