Each unit has air conditioning and that is a sure must in that area in the summer. There is a beach about 1.5 km away, a gas station 3-400m away and some nice restaurants in the area. The host will tell you about them. Host was friendly and helpful. He doesn't speak English, but he does speak German, so that's a plus!
