Staff were very friendly and helpful and airport transfer available which is handy. Also a nice welcome drink. Also there was drinking water available from water coolers on each floor which was nice to have.

Food was good and kitchen was trying to accomodate also food for kids. The beds are comfy. It is also very close to the boat loading area so perfect location to join all the tours in Coron Island :) good service with tuk tuk down the way.

We had a noise issue with the air conditioning and the personel did a fast repair to solve the problem 👍 The hotel is in a quiet place 700 my from town center with a nice view over the bay. The elevation is no problem as there was a free tuc-tuc service which was easy to catch via WhatsApp and they came promptly. The driver was so kind and smiling even though you called him for a short trip.

Love the outside bit by the pool with comfy beanbags and some shade. The restaurant there was also great, good food. Also felt really social and made some new mates! The room was clean with complementary toiliteries and towels. The bed was really comfy, and the room also has air conditioning. You can dry your clothes in the racks in front of your room, which is pretty handy. The breakfast was very versitaile, also every other food in their restaurant we tried was delicious.
