The caravan was well equipped, everything you would need for a self catering holiday. On site there was plenty to keep the little ones occupied. There were lovely walks into Knaresbough too and if you have a dog there are lots of walks. Wouldn't think twice about doing back.We enjoyed every aspect of the holiday, the caravan, the site, how close it is to Knaresbough. We went to bed every night exhausted but happy.

Set in a woodland area overlooking the lake, Rose is a 100 year old renovated traditional bow top wagon with feature stain glass window. The wagon features a cosy pull out 4ft x 6ft double bed. The location was beautiful in front of the lake. The boat was free to use and good fun. Plenty of board games, an old school pac man game, alpacas and wallabies! So much stuff to do. The cabin was beautiful and quirky with kitsch decor. Here were tea and coffee facilities and a wood burner. The bed was really comfy too! We felt so relaxed and peaceful and Wendy added some nice personal touches around the place such as a welcome plaque with our names on and hand written messages in the kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

This tent features a barbecue, electric kettle and private entrance. This is our second visit to Skipbridge farm and won’t be our last. This year we stayed in Wally’s Wife, it’s absolutely amazing! So cosy and the interior is beautiful. It’s filled with all your essentials you need for your stay. The Eco hot tub was already nice and warm for when we arrived. We brought coal with us this year and did a bbq (there’s already a disposable one waiting for you) and built a fire. Plenty of wood, kindling, fire lighters and matches to keep the hot tub going. Everything’s all ready for you when you arrive, no messing around with checking in. Lovely peaceful surroundings and well distanced from others on the site. Only short drive from York city centre and the York outlet.
