Amazing place, one of the most quiet places I've ever been (kinda hard going back to reality after), and the owners, as well as the people helping there, are amazing. Located 5 km from the fishing village of Porto Covo, Monte da Cascalheira offers 3 separate rustic houses. Recently refurbished and surrounded by garden this country house includes an outdoor pool. Lovely well keep grounds and gardens. Our very large dog was made very welcome and enjoyed meeting the Donkey, Goats and Chickens! Room was perfect, comfy beds and good rural location to explore the surrounding areas such as Vila Nova do Milfonte and Porto Covo's beaches.
