New, modern, very nice apartment, excellent location, in 20 min you can reach the main Ski Amade resorts- Flachau, Wagrain, Zauchensee, Schladming. Hosts are very pleasant and helpful, last night was very strong snowfall, house is on the hill and it was impossible to get out, but hosts quickly cleaned up the road with some four-wheeler and we happily left home :)

Our skiing-holiday started with some misfortune, so the vacation had some trouble taking of. But this exceptional hotel saved the day! Great location, more than wonderful staff, lovely bar to have a beer after coming back from the slopes, to be followed by very very good meals in the in-house restaurant. Everybody staying in the hotel ends up dining there every evening. A special room to leave your ski’s and shoes to dry, next to the parking area. Everything works, nothing is broken. Felt really at home.
