Kirolos and Talaat have been super helpful and friendly along our stay since the first min in, and made sure our happy in finding the best rooms and everything we asked for was delivered in the best form. Omar at the pool was on top of his game in delivering our orders quickly and with cheerful attitude, Hamdy made our restaurant experience great. Everyone else was very nice and welcoming . Also, they are super friendly with kids by playing and watching out for them.

The staff was very friendly, everything was clean and the rooms were very quiet. The food is also very good , we had breakfast and dinner included. The beach is a little bit further away, you can walk there in 20 minutes or take the shuttle from the hotel for free which goes every hour. The taxi to go to Hurghada city is 25€. However you can book a tour with GetyourGuide or get an Uber much cheaper.

The hotel was great, rooms were spacious and very clean, I booked all inclusive and all the food options were great - they had snacks on the pool ( burgers, drinks, and ice creams), they had shows at night with belly dancers and performers, they also gave balls to play in the pool, the best part of the hotel is the photography company( the one hour session was free and the pictures were such amazing quality - our photographer was named fouaad). The hotel location is also great. It’s near to shopping centers and restaurants.
