Everything. There was a great pool two steps from the property. The pool was without people:) it was a feeling that it was private pool only for us:) Everything was very confortable, wide appartment, comfortable beds, many kitchen tools. There were even coffe and more that you need for your realy comfortable and unforgetable stay.

I would highly recommend this property the owner Chris was so easy to deal with, Graham met us with the keys in the early hours of the morning and clearly explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is in a fabulous location with a bus stop close by to take you into La Zenia. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property is wonderful. Francis is the perfect host and made everyone happy and relaxed. The apartment was very clean, too. There is a large swimming pool, better for summer than in April. There are tennis courts, too. A cafe is on site which has a bar and it was really nice. The Playa San Juan is just down the street and there are many restaurants on the beach there. We had a lovely lunch there one day. The tram is right in front of the apartment building so easy to get into to Alicante for a visit. This is a lovely part of Alicante, not very far from downtown but still within an easy tram ride or drive or taxi ride, not to mention the apartment location is pretty quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Francis.

A quiet location, very well equiped house, and a verry helpfull guest. All in very good condition, the pool is very close and never crowded, the view on the golf course great just like the little garden where we had breakfast every morning!

Everything was just ideal. Facilities were great - washing machine was a huge plus; kitchen was well equipped: two bathrooms made a big difference; as did having two sets of keys. Location is excellent, three minutes from the beach and six from the tram to Alicante. Maya ('la encargada') was helpful, booking taxis etc. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening meals as well as getting lots of sun. And it was excellent value for money. All in all, a really great holiday apartment.
