Excellent location and excellent apartment couldn't of asked for anything more,host Franck couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome picking us up from airport with a cold water waiting for us, apartment was spotless, everything you needed was in it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in would highly recommend it looking forward to going back next year. Franck provided water, wine full toiletries and a lot more which you wouldn't expect. Franck went above anything we could of wanted and apartment excellent.

Moira met us outside and took us to the apartment and showed us around, it was immaculate and tastefully decorated and ideal for our short break as it was in the town centre so near to supermarket, eating places, beach and promenade. The complex is a mix of residential and visitors but all are friendly and welcoming. It is not a complex with beautiful views but more practical but we knew that as we visit Caleta regularly., this may not be for everyone but was ideal for us as we are out all day and use the apartment as a base for breakfast and evening time - we didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on how warm/cold this was on this occasion as our visit was November and there aren’t many heated pools around so a dip in the sea can be pleasant. In summary, apartment has everything you need and is close for amenities

Beautiful villa, very modern and comfortable. Private pool very close by with amble sunbeds. There wasn't a day where we couldn't get sitting by pool. Close to beach and town. Less than 5 minutes by taxi which are very easy to get and very cheap at 3 to 4 euro per trip. Great local supermarkets with amazing fresh fruits. Fantastic hosts. Olivier was always available by WhatsApp and most helpful.

There are plenty of positive points: The location is absolutely amazing. You can easily reach the beach, shopping facilities (maybe even the African market) by foot. If you just want to spend your time on the city beach of Caleta you don’t even need a car. You can also go for a walk along the beach promenade till the boat harbour. The facility is very comfortable: There is a lift and a pool only for the residents of the facility. The pool is quite big and very clean. We have seen the staff checking every morning the quality of the water. On the pool area there are also toilets and showers. The furnishings in the apartment are stunning. We really loved all the furniture, decorations and dishware so much! So much passion for detail! But it was not only the design which we liked so much, all the things were absolutely clean. Im quite a cleanliness freak :-D But I was absolutely satisfied with the condition of the furniture and dishware. The kitchen has all the devices you may need: There is a dishwasher, a flatbed (!) microwave, an oven, an exhaust hood, a coffee machine (Dolche Gusto), a water kettle. And everything quite new and super clean. The washing machine is also available and clean as well. There are two bathrooms, both stocked with body wash, shampoo and hand wash. In each bathroom there is a hair drier (not very high-powered, but absolutely ok). On the balcony and the sun terrace you can find beautiful and convenient furniture. But there is no sunshade and no shower possibility on the sun terrace. The support and communication with Kate and the manager are excellent.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. The downstairs WC was a great asset. The outdoor area is lovely with two sunbeds, a table & four chairs & a built-in. BBQ. There is also a utility room with a washing machine. The location is superb. The apartment in only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars & the supermarket. It's about a ten minute stroll to the beach.
