Great apartment! Apartment with a new, beautiful renovation, bright and comfortable. Full set of utensils in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, new appliances, air conditioning works well. Very clean! To the beach 5 minutes walk. There is a supermarket in the neighboring house, restaurants and cafes nearby. The owners of the apartment are very nice!

Perfect location. Everything in the apartment that you need . Perfect for vacation and cooking. The owner is nice and friendly, asking if we need anything, always helpful. Staying second time and will be glad to stay again .

First and foremost: the host (and her aides). Even this would have earned at least 7 points. Constant communication with the host, willingness to help in any situation and in the end going an extra mile and allowing us to leave later than planned without any charge (we left at 4pm instead of 11am that we would have to). I understand this would not be possible if another tourist was to move in the same day, but many hosts (especially company hosts) would just disallow regardless. Location is very good, beach is just across the street. Sea view is a bit obscured by the trees, but you can still enjoy it. Building has its own free car park, which is a bonus for those who have a car. Shiny new (or nearly new) kitchen and bathroom appliances. Comfy sofa bed in the living room that is suitable for comfortable night sleep. Nearest supermarket is around 10 mins walk. Not as near as some other properties enjoy, but on the other hand usually nobody is in the rush when holidaying. Very good free-wifi.

Superb location: amazing sea view from the living room/balcony both during the day and an night. Very romantic lights from oncoming and outgoing vessels from the port. Beach is just across the street, so it can't be an nearer for the 2nd line of buildings. Everything looks to be very new - appliances, furniture and other stuff. Interior design is impressive: paintings on the wall, bric-o-brac and other small things that dress up the place. Host company has thought through all different bits and pieces and provided everything we needed during our stay. Also very pleasant to have a free wi-fi. Free parking is ample in La Pineda. At least in covid-year it was not a problem to find a spot even over the week-end when locals are coming to have a beach day.
