I will start off by rating the view and location of the hotel; the view you would wake up to no matter where your room is was breathtaking. Looking out the window was enough to ease your mind to start a wonderful morning. Moving on to the staff; they were very kind, understanding, and helpful during our stay. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and asked about how your stay was going whenever they had the chance to! ALL the staff there were exceptional especially William,Donna,Keith, and the Thailandi lady whom i didnt have the chance to read her name off her name tag. If i could mention all their names i would. Breakfast was amazing It had a variety of options and you could ask for meals that weren’t in the menu as long as they had their ingredients. Would totally recommend giving it a try

The hotel has its own Par 73 golf course, business suite, gymnasium and 3 beauty treatment rooms. Hotel guests have full use of the business suite throughout their stay but we recommend pre booking beauty treatments and golf tee times prior to arrival.

Beautiful surroundings, not golfers but the view of the course was great and the building is old but modernised inside .. we had ground floor in Stables building, a whole suite suitable for most disabled too. Can’t recommend enough and Booking.com gave an excellent price.

As for breakfast superb with a gorgeous outlook from the orangery, served by the lovely Jane, she was the tops and really looked after us. Plenty of parking available too. Definitely going back.

Hotel is well placed for max 30 mins travel time to some great golf courses. The North East is so friendly, welcoming and good value for money. We will be back next year👍

The view overlooking the golf course was great. The cosy, quiet sitting room we found nice to sit and chill looking out st the golf course.

The facilities were excellent ,likewise the food and wine; the view from our double aspect room was amazing across the golf course; we lay in bed watching the House Martin's swoop across the grounds.Really comfortable bed and quiet whilst we were there. Would recommend.

The view was not as promised (golf course was a kitchen wall). Pat testing stickers showed last pat test to be 2007. Reported to reception and got £20discount on room.
