Ashdown Park is a beautiful property with wonderful staff. It was a quiet and rejuvenating location with beautiful scenery. we loved the views and decor in the drawing rooms and breakfast rooms. Also the chapel was a lovely space to admire. We appreciated the time Paul took to show us the intricacies of the stained glass.

The golf was good… the snooker room we enjoyed. We lived our walk around the grounds on the jogging trails. Food in the bistro was good, but felt it was expensive for what we got. The staff were all amazing ….. pleasant, attentive and eager to please.

A lovely hotel with much character, lovely ground to walk around with Spa and a golf course The pool is lovely but very hot. Staff for dinner were very attentive and professional and had a busy evening with a difficult customer. They had the perfect timing from finishing a plate and removing a plate. Very enjoyable evening and a lovely way to end the day.

Plenty of parking and a very good welcome. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy a drink. We did not have an evening meal but we had an excellent breakfast. A very large comfortable bed and a good nights sleep.
