the location of this hotel is lovely it is easy to find all the staff were so helpful and so polite our room was clean the food was exceptional really enjoyed my short break there wish I could have stayed longer because there is lots to do and feel like I didn’t explore properly

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Super friendly. Treats and an activity bag for the kids. Food was good in the restaurant and buffet breakfast was good too.

The staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them, particularly those in Hathaways who couldnt do enough for us, they loved our dog too and all made a fuss of him. Everyone was just so friendly, even the maintenance staff and golf course manager came over to us in the bar for a chat it was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel.

Same for biscuits one packet of 2 biscuits between 2 people - really!! car park extra and access to pool. bar service very slow - they’d run out of gas for pumps so only one lager available and it was very busy with golfers and a wedding. The bar staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. Food was excellent though and well priced.HelenYoung couple
