The twilight spa package was absolutely incredible. The golf courses were beautiful and the view from our room was lovely. The estate is clearly kept in perfect condition. The staff went above and beyond to recognise my boyfriends birthday from chocolates in the room, to a birthday desert at the spa. The bed was huge. Hotel and Spa Garden & Thermal Suite facilities are top class. Classy decorated lounges and bars. Staff are attentive and friendly. Pristine clean throughout the hotel. Gardens beautifully maintained with unique sculptures. 2 golf courses of choice.

Leisure facilities great, including hot beds to lay on and massive hot tub. Good signage to show maximum numbers of people in each area of the leisure centre and club.
