the property was perfect, staff were attentive and very helpful, we arrived earlier than check in time and they allowed us to have our room right away which was a huge thing for us. we also had a midnight flight the next day so they gave us late check out free of charge and we went to Sundays beach club for the day left our luggage at reception and then showered in the lobby and headed straight to the airport! was very convenient and no hassle!

Breakfast was delicious. Different set menus everyday. The resort is quite large, and so the buggies were super convenient and quick, despite some of the renovations that were going on. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

Loved how welcoming the staff were, Ketut was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Great location to restaurants and everything else you could possibly need. So quiet and peaceful and I could have my puppy stay with me 😁. I absolutely enjoyed My Time There. 🙏

White Palm was the best hotel for the last stop in Indonesia! The staff was incredible and willing to help in anyway (recommendations, taxi rides). The pool & room were so clean and comfortable! Before we arrived, they asked if we wanted to do the honeymoon package which we did! It was one of the best things we did! Dinner, massage, and breakfast in the pool was incredible!

Amazing villas ! Spacious, clean, amazing staff (felt safe as someone always stays at the frontdoor but also they are super sweet and devoted to their job, 24h) would 100% recommend this villa for friends, groups, two couples or a family. We were two friends and got each one room, with own bathroom and the above one even has a terrace!
