Staff were accommodating and friendly. Rooms are very clean and nice view. Shuttle driver is very approachable and helpful in giving us the directions as it is our first time in Genting. Will definitely book this Hotel again.

    The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had the view of the Chateau, while my daughter had the view of the golf course and mountains. The wifi speed was great in our suite as my husband had to work. The cleaners did an excellent job as our bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned and bedsheets were changed daily. The Pizza and the black ink spagehtti from the Italian restaurant was good.
