Mairangi Beach is another 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. The location is perfect. The private back garden is lovely. The hosts, Kathy and Hec are very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this suite.

The property has a cosy nautical feel with a lot of quirky statement pieces, I loved the comfy swing sofa chair on the balcony over looking the beautiful garden with the city lights in the background. The property has sensor lights to light your way up to the cottage when returning back late at night. Well equiped kitchen, loved the fact it had a washing machine and dryer/washing line available. Bathroom was immaculate with great products and a twin shower head (handheld and rain) which has great pressure. Lovely and friendly people whom had great recommendations of restaurants and advice on seeing the city.
