The 3 pools were all different but had plenty of shade from sun umbrellas. Pool staff were attentive, especially around the Family pool. Early access to our room was very much appreciated. This was our 2nd visit to Park Hyatt Dubai Creek and we were not disappointed

Hotel territory have a lot of entertainment activities we didn't even feel going to city. You can have a walk, run in the morning and just enjoy calmness of beach holiday. We loved kids club my daughter didn't want to leave it. Entertainment team also making the stay even more exciting especially Mohamed Ali doing great job. Yudha from the 81restaurant best guy there - made our stay so enjoyable. Sojinbur from cleaning staff took care of our room in Absolutely reliable way. The personal in overall is very helpful and kind. We definitely will come back again!
