The loft room is located on the third floor, with a huge terrace offering a magnificent view of the mountains and the golf course. The room is designed as a single space (bath and shower in the room), separate toilet. Mattress and bed linen are very good. To the beach 7 minutes walk. Very tasty and rich breakfast, lots of fruits, freshly prepared egg dishes, even fried chanterelles (!).

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Very spacious and well-kept rooms. The friendly owners made sure that there was fresh bread every day. I recommend to everyone. I will return there soon with great pleasure

The lake and the Karwendel Cable Car are a 7-minute walk away. I am delighted with the room and location. It feels like home of my Grannies. And the view from the window delighted me to bits!

Cross-country ski runs, hiking and mountain bike trails, a golf course, tennis courts and a sailing school are close by to the hotel. In summer you can use e-bikes and bicycles and in winter the entrance for the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trails is right outside the door. Beautiful rooms, we had adjoining double and single room (as a family) which was perfect. Modern and extremely clean. Nice restaurant downstairs which we ate at both nights! Amazing selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to ferry terminal. Would definitely go back here!
