During my recent business trip to Indonesia, I had the opportunity to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah for two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory. Firstly, I found the location of the hotel to be convenient, situated in the Pakuwon Indah area of Surabaya. It was close to several business establishments and shopping centers, which made it easy for me to navigate the area during my stay. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff, who provided efficient check-in service. The lobby area was spacious and well-designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bath bomb provided for my bath tub experience on the first night was a thoughtful touch and added an extra level of relaxation to my evening. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of meetings. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi access, which allowed me to stay connected and productive during my stay. In terms of dining options, the hotel offered a selection of restaurants and bars serving a range of cuisines. I had the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes at the hotel's restaurant and I was impressed by the quality and variety of the menu.

Guests have access to the club house and can enjoy playing golf at the internationally acclaimed course. Juanda International Airport is a 1-hour drive away. it’s a well designed , beautiful and spacious suite with Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. But it’s old and lack maintenance. Many things in the room requires replacement or repairs. covid19 must play a big role in its condition today. With care, this place could be a 5 star resort. Finna may lacks in maintenance, but their staff is fantastic. cheerful and ever ready to assist whenever. Made us feel special. Finna provided us complimentary transportation to nearby places to eat and shop. They also provided us transportation with reasonable fee to other golf courses. This really made our trip a breeze and enjoyable.

The hotel also has a travel desk, a business centre, and a 24-hour reception. I loved the bedsheets . The smell of the lobby was very nice , smelled of coffee, really appealing to me. In the end, the experience was very enjoyable to me .
