House was beautiful and very well decorated. Location was terrific and very quiet. Beds were very comfy and we slept really well. Loved having a ton of towels. Enjoyed the hot tub. Blackout curtains were exceptional and definitely necessary! Kitchen was huge and very well equipped. The home was spotless when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Iceland.

I found the shampoo so good. It left my hair smooth and clean. We prepared our own dinner and breakfast conveniently. The location is convenient with a car. Set on a former farm, this family-run B&B has a guest kitchen and a lounge. Gullfoss Waterfall and Geysir are within 30 minutes’ drive. Wi-Fi access is free. Great kitchen and shared spaces, although there was no-one else to share with. Very quiet with amazing views, warm and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped, beds good, everything very clean.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and clean. The room had a wonderful view over the village of Heimaey and it was equipped with everything I needed for my weekend stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money. I definitely recommend Hotel Vestmannaeyjar.
