The nearest airport is Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam, 45 km from the apartment, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. The friendliness of the host, Mr. Vidz, makes it incredibly easy to have a pleasant chat with him. Moreover, he proves to be super helpful when it comes to providing directions and recommendations. In fact, he went above and beyond by even booking a restaurant for us.

Set on the seafront in Albion and boasting an outdoor swimming pool, Chez Cozy's has free WiFi. The property also has a tennis court and a garden.

Some of the rooms at Chez Cozy's feature private bathrooms and sea views, while others have a shared bathroom. I was greeted every morning by birdsong on my balcony. My room was spacious and comfortable, and Jennifer, the proprietor, was incredibly helpful. The Mauritian friend I'd planned to visit had a health emergency the day I arrived and my whole visit changed abruptly. I reached out to Jennifer and she graciously helped me re-plan. She saved the day!

La Pirogue is located just 4 km from Casela Bird Park and from Tamarina Golf Club. Cascavelle Shopping Mall is 5 km away and SSR International Airport is 50 km away. Ths staff at La Pirogue are par excellence. They always go out of their way to help you. And they have been consistently excellent since I first came to La Pirogue in 1991. 54 visits later they are still performing at very high levels. Dinners are always varied and high quality. The management are always there to help. The cleaners go beyond the call of duty with their attention to the rooms. And of course the setting is magical.

Wonderful surroundings. Amazing staff, always helpful and smiling. Food was amazing too. I could not have asked for a better experience overall. Thanks Sugar Beach! I would suggest this place to anyone who travels to Mauritius.

- Access to an award-winning 18-hole golf course and the clubhouse I will rate the service 10/10. The staffs provide such an amazing service that for the first time of my life, I didn't have a complain, my husband was astonished too by the service. The staff was very nice to my parents, to myself, the reason Im stating this is because we are Mauritian and sometime because of being local, most hotel staffs tends to forget that we are paying for the same service as a foreign tourist and lack to give the local the proper service. I paid for one night and extend for a second night. Value for money. The place is clean and they really accommodate for your needs. The staffs at the restaurant will watch every step, clean your table or plate, pull the chair for you to sit, without asking, and help you to carry plates. The Spa was also a wonderful experience.
