Lyckorna Golf Club is 10 minutes’ drive away. Lovely small holiday house on the hillside with fantastic views of the village and the marina. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing seaside place for a short getaway stay from the city life and found exactly that in Riddarhuset and Ljungskile! Can highly recommend a visit. We explored the area and it was a good location for visiting the tourist hotspots along the coast. The hosts were welcoming and professional and provided all instructions in a clear way. Well-maintained holiday house with a homely feel. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We were also lucky with the weather and the veranda was perfect for spending time on in the sun. The secure gate for dogs/children on the veranda was really helpful, as was the dedicated guest parking at the bottom of the stairs up to the house.

It feels very cozy and also has a kitchen which makes it really cool to self prepare what you want. It was very convenient for us.

I arrived late at night (10:30 PM) and left in the morning, but I would have liked a longer experience. Breakfast had a very nice setup which is important in my opinion. The breakfast staff was young but took very good care of the setup and service which I consider a special value. If I could have had a chance to arrive earlier and check in the afternoon it would have definitely extended the positive experience of the stay and I could write more about the opportunity offered. It was a bit unclear how many washrooms the property has if they are shared washrooms, but I will look into it next time.
