The owners were quick to respond to all our questions and sent instructions on how to get the room key (we arrived late). If this place was a little closer to the coast (which was our destination), I would definitely have stayed longer. It is a small manor, the premises are very tastefully designed and furnished - in reality much more beautiful than in the photos. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed the location and the walk down to the small harbour and beach with our dog. We will be back!

Spread over 2 separate buildings in central Fjällbacka, Villa Evalotta offers accommodation with free WiFi. Guests can choose either self-catering apartments or guest rooms. Fjällbacka Golf Club is 2 km away. We booked last minute and it was one of the last available options in the area. Because we were so late and out of options we did not expect much. The location is incredible, our room was way bigger than expected - actually it was three small attic rooms in one. The kitchenette was clean and there was complimentary coffee and tea. Evalotta herself was incredibly kind, and everything was just very simple, but effective, clean and well done.

My kids and husband play disc golf, so the course here was a draw, and they had marked running trails for me. The hotel itself was a really wonderful surprise: the rooms were huge for families (separate bunk room for the kids), with the summer light our kids were allowed to play soccer golf well past 10pm, and the food was very good. I wish we had stayed more than one night and I will recommend it to anyone doing a driving holiday through Sweden (especially golfers!)
