Location is nice, close to the stud farm. A couple of minutes away from small villages in Slovenia and Italy, convenient to visit surrounding areas. Breakfast is decent, a lot of good options, maybe i would add some variety (same every morning). Rooms are clean, modern with a small balcony to enjoy some fresh air in the mornings. They don’t have a pool but the bikes and minigolf can compensate.

This trip was all about the horses and it didn't disappoint, we were fortunate to speak to Victoria at the stud and her input made a world of difference to our stay. We also benefited from an Equestrian event coinciding with our stay so it was horse heaven. The hotel was very good, a little quirky but all the better for it, a nice stay in a well equipped hotel, good food though perhaps slightly basic but no issue for our three night stay. Make sure you walk the grounds, well worth it. And do the crazy golf 👍

Food (self service breakfast and a-la-carte dinner in hotel restaurant), staff, stlyish rooms and the hotel in a whole, great surroundings - for cycling, playing golf or just simply walking aroung beautifull nature with many beautifull horses around.
