The floor is a very cool resin, the bathroom very nice, the beds were very big and comfy. The lounge has electric reclining sofa underneath a large TV. The kitchen well equipped. The perfect chill out pad for my son and I when we visited the nearby High Point Uni. There were even snacks left for us and lots of coffee pods for the machine. Genuinely, if you look at the outside and judge this property you will be missing out. It will be my first choice for when I come back and see my son at Uni. Perfect.

We had access to a dishwasher as well as washer and dryer combo for laundry. I like to unpack my luggage anytime I travel, and there was nice dresser space for clothing plus hangers in the closets. There are large widows throughout the entire residence that complement the view of the golf course, especially from the third floor. Ceiling fans are a plus and something you don't find in hotels. Plenty of parking close to condos. Pool within walking distance not even 3 minutes. Gate personnel where very helpful and kind, she greeted us each time we returned to the property. I was pleased with my stay overall. The host was always available for your needs by call or text.
