Fantastic guesthouse within short walking distance to city center. Varuzhan was extremely hospital and extremely knowledgeable about Armenia. Very comfortable bed and bedroom. Facilities are very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again. FYI, there was no sign and addresses are poorly labeled so very helpful if you can message the host for help upon arrival.

It was a pleasure to stay at this lovely family house! Very friendly and caring owners, warm homy environment! Exceptionally clean. They have a nice cozy common area with a balcony upstairs, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Even though there was no air-conditioning (which is more or less fine, the house is well ventilated), they thoughtfully provided me with a fan ♥️ Would definitely recommend it!

A very nice family runs this guesthouse and made us feel very welcomed! The room and bathroom were very clean. Only 10 minutes walking to the center of Gyumri and there’s an excellent local restaurant nearby. We appreciated the coffee and fresh apricots on arrival! Lusine is a great host. She speaks very good English and gives great recommendations for your stay in Gyumri. She received me with tea, cookies and good conversation. The place itself is very well located because it is between the train station and the main sights (closer to the latter), so you can comfortably walk around. And at night everything is peaceful (I literally overslept because of how comfortable it was). The room is great (especially in the afternoon when it is bathed in sunlight); and the best thing is that, even though it has good capacity for three people, she charges per -person- (so I had a big room all to myself for a very fair price). Keep in mind that this is basically a family house where you are staying in one of the guest rooms (but luckily, there is no curfew). I had no issue, but I wish I spoke better Armenian or Russian so I could have interacted more. The bathroom is clean (and you get two towels); and you can also use the kitchen. The WiFi connection is also very good. All in all, I definitely recommend this place.
