The breakfast is amazing, caters for all flavours. Rooms are clean and fresh, and very quiet. Location is walking distance to Cowes and only a short drive to the penguins.

Was really pleased we were able to find such a great location reasonably priced last minute for Easter weekend. Happy we had the deck outside which faced the pool area. There was also a little bit of a view to the bay. Liked the pool area and the spa.
