The location was fine, with a big enough parking where we could easily park the car. The room looked nicely decorated, with a good bathroom with a good liquid soap. Also, the water from the tap was drinkable, and the owner was very nice to turn on the two fridges. In the back garden, there was a nice chill area with benches and a trampoline for the kids. In the night, we could see an amazing amount of stars from our balcony, which was amazing.
