The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice large room on the 6th floor with comfortable beds and plenty of blankets. The room was lovely and warm, once we had worked out how to operate the gas fire, and it was good to have a fridge in the room. The WiFi was great for most of our visit, but it was poor on the final day for some reason. Breakfast was fine on day 1, but there was very little choice on day 2.

Upon check-in Fabiola and Liz were very helpful, attentive and catered to every need. They were able to provide some great suggestions during my stay. They made me feel at home. There was a sliding door in the hallway separating our rooms from the rest of the hall, which was nice for privacy. The breakfast was attractive.
