Everyone who works here is very kind and helpful. One of our checked bags got lost by the airline and we asked if they could keep an eye out for it to be delivered. They helped us and even brought the bag to our room when it arrived. They also helped us arrange transport to the Argentinian side of the falls and showed us the best routes to take. The location is also beautiful and perfect for getting to the Parque das Aves and the Brazilian falls.
