The staff at the hotel was very kind and accommodating of our needs, they were super attentive and friendly. The restaurant had a good set of options for dinner. The room was super for 2 adults and a kid (could be good for 2 kids too), everything was great, we really appreciate the personal service and would definitely go back!

A nice quiet place outside of the main city with a beautiful view of Pilatus from the room. Amazing host and he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout your stay. You can contact him anytime for suggestions and guidance to move around and is happy to help to his best always. You have an amazing view from the terrace covering portion of the beautiful Lucerne Lake on one side with a vast green field to the other but of course Pilatus takes the center view towering over everything.

The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

It's a quiet village with a supermarket located close by and a series of small restaurants also in the vicinity. Breakfast was excellent and the team were friendly. levYoung couple - 7.1Scored 7.1GoodRated good· 1,155 reviewsthis is a really nice location. despite the proximity to the road road noise is not an issue whether inside or out. our room had a view of the lake with the mountains behind. the room was a good size with a huge bath you could have about four people in. the listing said two single beds and a sofa bed so I was expecting something close to hostel like accommodation and it really is leaps a bounds better. a decent hotel and quite reasonable beds. it also had a small kitchen area.
