This was one of my best ever hotel stays. I received a warm welcome. The staff were constantly asking if I was okay and if I needed anything. I had a fantastic meal in the hotel restaurant where the service was also outstanding. My room was comfortable.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Our traindelays made us arrving after official check in time but as we called that was no problem, they helped to find a very nice restaurang and was very helpful

Super friendly staff and helpful, all spoke German and some of them spoke English. Had a Delicious Pizza for dinner with a drink in the restaurant, which is quite elegant. If you are coming from the centre of Switzerland during the winter, make sure to bring snow chains or drive a 4x4, because this hotel is over the Berninapass. Or take the train, that stops right next to the hotel.

The rooms are nice, the bathroom is decently sized and very clean, the balcony had a great view both during the night and during the day. The restaurant had good food at a decent (not cheap, not expensive) price. Overall, the value for money was excellent. We stayed in places priced 3x more and not as nice.

About a mile from the nearest grocery store. Parking was great. The place is on the third floor, so keep that in mind if you can't do steps. The area is quiet and safe for taking walks as there was very little traffic. We walked down to the town one morning.

No noise at all. Spacious and clean. Washing machine for clothes available. Wi-Fi very strong. Always fast response from host to any question. For food, large supermaket (Co-op) is next door to the station, open mon, tue, thu, fri, sat. We found it so much better to stay in this apartment than in a hotel. Tourist information at the station has maps and is very helpful.
