The room is large and brightly lit. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast included are great too. The hotel is on the main street but the entrance is a bit difficult to find. I walked pass it the first time without noticing it.

Beautiful and clean apartment with a wonderful view of the Matternhorn. Ski bus a few meters from the hotel and excellent access to the center. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Guesthouse by the rex rooms are bright and have simple furnishings. They are heated, and come equipped with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Some rooms include views of the Matterhorn.

In the morning, the hotel serves breakfast. Hotel Guesthouse by the rex's restaurant has an outdoor terrace, and serves meat grilled over a wooden fire, and cheese fondue.

Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. Homemade organic bread from the on premise bakery was so good. Many options from which to choose - all delicious. Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, bacon, meat and cheese assortment, multiple yogurts, home made granola, many toppings, many jams, several types of homemade breads, etc. Free transportation to and from the train station by electric transport vehicle. Excellent dinners with healthy options and homemade bread at the hotel steakhouse. Extremely helpful staff with all questions. On-site spa but didn’t have time to use it.

Location is phenomenal, the spa in the basement is really so lovely. The staff was very friendly. The view is amazing!
