The staff there are super helpful with all questions from directions to tours and getting taxis. I went on a tour organised by the hotel to key places outside of Dunhuang like yumen pass and ghost city. The tour is good value and a must do. I would recommend to everyone for a trip to Dunhuang

The hostel was relaxed and was designed to look like the grottos. The design of the hallways and rooms were attractive. The hostel was next to a canal and a couple blocks from the night market and the main shopping street. We had access to a roof top area for washing clothing and for drying clothes.

The rooms are an excellent size and come with all the amenities you could need. The owner is wonderfully helpful. She provided us with lots of information on where to go and how best to get there. Breakfast was only 10rmb each morning and it tasted delicious! The property is around a 20min walk to Mingsha Crescent which has lots of surrounding local stalls and restaurants. The airport, railway station and city center with the famous night market is a short taxi ride away.johnathanYoung couple
