The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

Very beautiful boutique hotel. The owner was AMAZING without her tips we would have ended up at the main viewing points in the middle of the biggest crowd (on a saturday). The hotel is good and comfortable. Room is big, shower and toilet are best in class with a lot of space. Breakfast is amazing - you choose what you want the night before and they make it for you when you wake up. The staff is also wonderful, super friendly and super helpful. They treat you just like family and help you with information and they offer a super nice driver to drive you around if you want to. Location is great - 10 min walking from the park entrance. Highly recommend. I went with my partner (gay couple) and we felt very welcomed.
