It has a clean, nice swimming pool, the staff were amazing guys. The location was also nice. One of the Zhangjiaje national park's entrances is in just a 3-minute walk.  They serve for the breakfast rice  noodle soup, which is Hunan's best dish, and also good coffee and many more.  View from the hotel room was spectacular. You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. very clean room and sheets and bathroom, reception lady was friendly and try to help for finding the ways although she cannot speak English at all. but location for going to tianmen mountain was great and just 10 minutes walk.

The owners are incredidibly kind and very welcoming - even though they don't speak English they're always ready to "speak" using translating app. They helped me with the natural park tickets, they told me where locals go eating, they've been full of attentions - way above the expectations. On top of it, the place is perfectly located to get to the park first and the room was full of charme and beautifullu decorated. Tujia culture at its best! Thank you!

The host is the best, very helpful and nice person, helped us to find baggage that we left at the railway station and gave all necessary information about the city etc. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and have great view of the city from early morning you can see the sunrise there it is fantastic!

Great place, the host Rebecca was great and super helpful , the rooms had nothing wrong ! All worked properly and location is perfect for visiting zhangjiajie park! Rebecca was incredibly helpful when it came to organizing my visit to the park since I had no idea how things worked. She even helped me book the tickets! She was very helpful too when I was at the park and didn’t know where to go ahah. I also ended up checking out late and she didn’t have a problem with it. The area is quiet at night. Rooms are furnished with all the necessary including towels and tooth brushes. Absolutely recommend this place and will tell my friends!
