The staff was the best staff I have met traveling. My German is so bad and I didn't understand many things, yet they smiled and got me through and treated me like a friend. I would go back to visit just to see them. Even when I thought I had prepaid for the room, the woman was so kind and patient about it. Also, the self serve drink system was great and fairly priced. AND, the breakfast was good!
