Nice large rooms. The location was excellent for our cycle trip and to see Burg Eltz. The staff was super friendly. We accidentally left our daughter’s comfort toys and they kindly mailed it to us plus some treats for her!

Elsie, the manager, was an amazing host. Just wonderful!! The breakfast was great with enough space to handle multiple bigger groups. Rooms were cool and quiet. There were lots of parking spaces in the back. It’s a really good value for all the extras and the quiet.

Modern and comfortable apartment that was perfect for our one night stay. Great quiet location even though it's in the center of the town. Our room had the balcony which was lovely. Make reservations if you want to eat at the restaurant downstairs. There's an ice cream kiosk as well just below for convenience!

The couch was large and comfortable The place offered all amenities you would ever need (towels, soaps, cleaning supplies, paper towel, napkins, boardgames and even a tv blanket!). The hosts were very lovely and brought us a bottle of wine to apologise for the noise, as there were renovating. However, we were gone all day we hadn't noticed a thing. Very thoughtful :)

The hotel has two buildings, a main building with reception and restaurant and another building with only rooms. We stayed in the second building which was very quiet. There is a beautiful 40 minute walking trail to Burg Eltz which starts right next to the hotel.
