it was really dirty with red points (maybe blood??) and hairs on the mattresses. Usually I don’t care about mattresses but these are 25 years old, smelly and extremely uncomfortable.

Our hosts went over and above to make us feel at home and even a birthday cake and candle for my husband. So helpful, even made dinner reservations and knew the best places to visit and to eat. We really enjoyed our week at Casa Azul and would stay again and highly recommend it.
