First of all James is probably the best host we ever had. We consider him a friend now. He provided great food, even medicine when we needed it and great company. He even took us out for lunch one day and ordered pizza multiple times. As a parting gift he gave us a jar of marmalade! The house is amazing, the terrace on the roof provides an amazing place to chill and have breakfast with a view of the volcano and the ocean. The location was good, right between everything we wanted to see. The room and bathroom were super clean, wifi exceptional, breakfast amazing. We will definitely come back again!

It is higher up around a 10 min drive from the city center but very quiet and a rustic but authentic and very nice old restored building. There is a pool and a play area for kids with toys and a swing. The WiFi is great as is tidiness. A car is a must have for this location. Apartment is located in a quiet place, right near the ocean, which is charming. There were a couple of restaurants near, small shop and farmacy. The host is very friendly, helpful person, he met us when we arrived even though it was already deep evening and quickly helped to solve our questions during our stay.
